Lianguang Shang Lab

课题组长

商连光,研究员,广东省杰出青年科学基金获得者,从事水稻群体泛基因组、表观组、转录组、表型组等多组学大数据整合挖掘,数据库构建,解析水稻复杂农艺性状的遗传基础,大数据智能育种等前沿研究。组装了251份高质量的水稻基因组,构建了目前植物中群体规模最大、基因组充分注释、稻属中最为系统的超级泛基因组,并利用超级泛基因组克隆了多个控制重要农艺性状的优异等位基因。在Science等杂志发表论文50余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者在Cell Research、Molecular Plant、Trends in Plant Science、Plant Biotechnology Journal、New Phytologist等高水平杂志上共发表30余篇SCI论文。获软件著作权2项,审定新品种3个。人社部国家首批“博士后创新人才支持计划”入选者,获得国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金、深圳市科技计划、中国博士后科学基金一等资助等多个项目资助。担任Molecular Plant、Plant Biotechnology Journal等多个高水平SCI期刊审稿人。

Our group focused on the genetic basis of complex agronomic traits of rice and major scientific questions on molecular breeding. We integrated comprehensive research methods of multi-omics such as pan-genome, epigenome, transcriptome, and phenotype of rice populations to conduct big data mining and database construction. The leader of our research group, as the first or corresponding author has published a total of 30 SCI papers in high-level journals such as  Cell Research ,  Trends in Plant Science ,  Molecular Plant ,  Plant Biotechnology Journal , and  New Phytologist , etc. Two software copyrights have been acquired, and three rice new varieties have been approved. He is selectee of the first batch "Postdoctoral Innovative Talents Support Program" of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Additionally, our group has received many project grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC)), the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, the Shenzhen Science and Technology Program, and the first class of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. He also served as a reviewer for several high-level SCI journals.
